Research Task 7: diversity and governance RT7 investigates governance as a concept underlying open and dynamic processes that cannot be formalized and may provoke change in actors and the system alike. The governance approach emphasizes non-hierarchical relationships and may be viewed in opposition to government, understood to be a top-down concept defined as the function of an elected body imposing its will.
